Discovered a love for executive coaching and leadership development while building my business and people. After exiting my company, I found that what I loved most was the process of helping people grow. I was surprised to discover that I am gifted at seeing where people and organizations are exceptionally talented (even when they don’t see it themselves) and am very passionate about helping them see these gifts as well.
