Paris has been my home for most of my professional career that was initially in retail and then in leadership development. I am now based in Singapore.

I coach senior leaders and managers to develop their leadership potential, often as part of a formal leadership development process.

My recent leadership development and coaching experience spreads across a range of sectors internationally: Banking, Audit & Consulting, Healthcare, Food & Drink, Retail, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, IT services, Travel, Aeronautics and Space Engineering. The programs that I design and facilitate are for diverse organizations such as Société Générale, BNP, Natixis, Barclays, KPMG, GE Healthcare, Pullman Hotels, Total, Technip, SBM Offshore, Air France and Safran, as well as number of companies in the IT Services sector such as Axway, Sage, Criteo and KDS.

I qualified as an Executive Coach in Paris in 200with Transformance in 2010 and am a certified MBTI and DiSC practitioner. I frequently use these tools, as well as 360° assessments a basis for my coaching.

My coaching style brings a blend of a deep understanding of the cultural dimension of working in an international organization, with a pragmatic approach to exploring issues. I challenge my clients to think hard about what they really want….and to think and act differently to achieve their objectives.

I have a very intuitive approach, with strong interpersonal skills that make me very easy to work with and accessible to managers coming from a wide range of cultures, especially when English is not their native language.

I was previously with Marks & Spencer, involved in growing and adapting the chain of retail stores for the Continental European market. Among my leadership roles were Divisional Commercial Controller and Store Operations Manager for the French, Belgian, Spanish and Irish subsidiaries.

I come from an Anglo-Dutch family having spent some of my childhood in the Netherlands and after leaving the UK, lived and worked in France including a 3 year period in Belgium.

I am bilingual English-French.
