First and foremost I am a certified Integral Facilitator. I help people become a level of leadership excellence by getting helping them embrace conflict and difficult conversations by means of Integral Facilitation.
What do integral facilitation skills allow you to do?
They help bring down the barriers to meaningful conversations. Here are a few things you will be able to do after acquiring integral facilitation skills:

– Engage in difficult conversations without having to compromise your values
– Voice your perspectives and values without fear of judgement
– Participate in conflicting views and exchanges without feeling overwhelmed and undervalued
– Contribute to conversations more completely, i.e. understanding what people are truly communicating
– Communicate with an aligned intention; cognitively (IQ), emotionally (EQ) and intuitively.

True leaders don’t avoid or brush off conflicts or hard conversations, they embrace them!
Enable your ability as a leader to engage in hard conversations and in conflicts.

The most recurring request I receive is how to deal with conflicts and hard conversations. Everyone experiences conflict in one way or the other; internally or externally, regardless of age, gender, cultural or religious identity. As Diane Musho Hamilton put it: “The simple, self-evident truth is that, however difficult, conflict is intrinsic to our human experience—in other words, it isn’t going away.”
When asked “How do you do get to where you are?” I answer – “Start with being curious about your belief systems, get to know yourself integrally (cognitively (IQ), emotionally (EQ) and intuitively) and most importantly get a teacher, coach or mentor that actually can facilitate hard conversations. It’s always a good idea to see them in action before committing to engaging in a program or coaching relationship.”

By acquiring Integral Facilitator skills you will be able to:
– Enhance your leadership skills through meaningful and true conversation that build trustworthy relationships.

By developing these skills you will feel more complete and have more clarity when engaging in relationships. You will also see a positive shift in how people interact with you.

Integral facilitation skills go beyond tips, tricks, process and tools. Tips, tricks, processes and tools may be helpful in coming to terms within a group in a limited time-frame, hey are however limited in the depth in which underlying conflicts and conversations happen. In other words, people are attracted to the structures and tools that will allow them to deal with conflicts rapidly, trying to avoid or get rid of them, but of course, this never truly happens. That is why so many people experience growing frustration in corporations, organizations, groups and families.
