To create the life we desire, we can begin by reframing our thoughts, practising feeling good, and engaging in self-enhancing activities.
Every session features hands-on and interactive exercises where participants practise a set of skills that they can immediately apply. Exercises include guided meditation, visualisation and aromatherapy.
