ICF-Accredited Coach Training
Train leaders. Certify coaches. Build the capability that stays.
Two programmes for organisations ready to make coaching a permanent part of how they lead - not just a one-off engagement.
Why this matters
We don't just coach. We set the standard for what good coaching looks like.
Coaching Go Where is an ICF-accredited coaching school. We train and mentor coaches in-training - providing supervised practice hours, individual coach mentoring, and ICF-assessed competencies as part of every programme. Anna Tan and Emma Noguchi Devianne are both master faculty, delivering ICF-accredited programmes to organisations across Asia and Europe.
When you bring Coaching Go Where into your organisation, you're working with people who understand coaching from the inside out - as practitioners, as faculty, and as the people who support coaches through the hardest parts of their own learning journey. That's a different level of rigour - and it's why leaders from Capgemini, Electronic Arts, and some of the world's most demanding firms have trusted us to build their coaching capability.
Coaching Mindset for Leaders
Leadership is no longer just about having the right answers. The most effective leaders today coach their people - they ask better questions, create space for thinking, and build cultures where performance and wellbeing reinforce each other.
This three-month programme gives cohorts of leaders a practical coaching toolkit they can use from day one - in one-to-ones, in team conversations, and in the moments that define how a culture feels to work in.
- Core coaching skills: listening, powerful questioning, goal-setting
- Coaching conversations for performance and development
- Practical frameworks rooted in neuroscience and behaviour change
- How to build psychological safety through coaching presence
- Peer practice sessions and faculty-led feedback throughout
- Individual reflection and integration assignments
Designed for
L&D Directors, CHROs, and heads of talent developing cohorts of leaders who need coaching as a core leadership skill. Delivered in-house to your organisation.
Organisations we have delivered this to
Capgemini, Electronic Arts, and others across Singapore, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

Master Faculty
The faculty behind the programme
Both Anna and Emma hold the highest ICF coaching credentials in the profession and are active master faculty members - not just credentialled coaches, but teachers, mentors, and assessors of other coaches.

"The Coaching Mindset for Leaders programme changed how our leaders show up. The conversations that happen now - inside one-to-ones, inside team meetings - are genuinely different. People feel heard in a way they didn't before."
