We are based in Singapore and work across APAC, the Middle East and Europe. Time zones are not a barrier.

We use this call to understand your situation and to be honest with you about whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will tell you. If we are, we will suggest a diagnostic next step.

We do not have a business development team. Every conversation about potential work starts with Anna or Emma directly.
Anna leads on individual executive coaching engagements and on the strategic direction of CGW. She responds to all enquiries about individual coaching and advisory work.
Emma leads on High Impact Teaming engagements and team transformation work. She responds to all enquiries about team coaching and group facilitation.
