Please know that even if you are a coach, you may buy other coaches services too!
1- Click “Join Us” in the top right hand side of the site.
2- Enter in your email address that you would like to use for Coaching Go Where. Alternatively, you can choose to sign up using your social media account!
3- Enter in your desired username (you cannot change it after you’ve picked one, so choose one you will be able to remember!). Fill in the password fields. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’. If you agree just tick the box! (You will not be able to sign up unless you agree to the T&Cs of the site). Click ‘Join’and we are ready to start!
4- After you join, you will be lead to your personal Dashboard. Here, you can see your account details, as well as your statistics.
5- If you click on the “edit my profile” or “my profile” link, you will come to this page. From here, you can edit all your details such as where you are from, languages, billing and payment details, your bio and name. To edit your bio just hover over your description box and press the little orange square in the corner! Super easy!
6- Once you’ve completed the fields you want to, time to post your first coaching service. At the top of the page click on “post a coaching service”. Fill out all parts of the form (you can edit this later too!). However, you do not need to post any additional services if you do not wish to!
After you’ve submitted your new coaching service, it will appear on the homepage under “Latest Coaching Services” for all to see and buy!
(NOTE: know that the price is the overall price set for the entire coaching service – not per session! The time of delivery is how long the entire service will last: e.g. if it’s over 6-weeks, put in 42 days).
7- When someone orders your service, you’ll receive a notification. You’ll know because there will be an alert located next to the little bell icon at the top! Trust us, won’t miss it. Similarly, if someone messages you, an alert will be present next to the speech bubble icon.
8- If you have received a message about a custom order it will look something like the image below. The client’s name will appear under ‘Conversation’.
Click on ‘view this custom order’ and it will show you what service they would like a custom order on. It will also show additional information such as their comments, their budget, and their wanted time of delivery.
You can choose to either send them an offer or decline their offer. Of course, if you choose to decline, be sure to give them a reason as to why you chose to decline the offer!
9- If you decide that this custom order is something that you may like to take up, you can either probe for more details by sending them another message to ask for further information, or you can select ‘send offer’.
By sending an offer you can either agree with their budget and time of delivery, or you can suggest your own price and time of delivery. Of course, the client can choose either to accept or decline your suggested offer.
If the offer from the client is accepted, it will state “this offer has been accepted”. From there, you can view the order details. On your dashboard, your ‘Working’ revenue balance will be updated. However, this money is not yet available for you to use until your service has been completed and the client is happy with the service you have provided.
10- After you have accepted the offer, you will be taken to a page that details the order. From here, you can select to ‘Start’, where you will start your coaching service. DO NOT click the start button until you are ready to start delivering your coaching service as there will be a countdown!
The countdown shows how much time left you have to deliver your said service to the client. If you require a delay of schedule for whatever reason, you may press the “Delay” button (please discuss this with your client beforehand so that they know).
If you do this, your service status will change from Áctive’ to ‘Late’.
10- When your service has been fully completed, along with any additional services, you may press the “Deliver” button. You can leave a message to the happy client, along with any other files you may want to give them (e.g. progress sheets and so on). Please leave your name at the end of the message!
Your Active/Late status will then change to ‘Delivered’! The client can then choose to ‘Accept’ your service delivery as long as they’re happy with your service and leave a review on your page!
11- After the client has accepted your service delivery, your service status will change from ‘Delivered’ to ‘Finished’. On your dashboard, the money that you had in your ‘Working’ section from this order will be transferred to your ‘Available’ revenue section.
12- Your client may have left a review, so why not check it out?

6- You can go and navigate around the site to look for the specific coaching service that you want. There are a few ways that you can do this:
7- When you’ve shortlisted and found a suitable coach and coaching service that you particularly like, you can move on to the purchasing of their service stage. Be sure to double (even triple!) check the coach’s description of their service, and take a look at their additional services and see if any catch your eye! [read: How to Choose a Coach]
You can also check that specific coaching service’s average ratings, reviews, number of sales, and overall time taken to fully complete the coaching service.
Also check if they have an ‘Opening Message’, it may contain some important information!
8- You may also decide to send them a message to ask questions about the service (recommended). You need and want to be 100% sure that this is the coaching service you want before purchasing. To send a message, just scroll down until you reach the coach’s bio, then click on ‘Contact Me’.
You can even decide to request a custom order if their service information sounds good, but you want something more specific or perhaps a more intense programme. They can, of course, turn this down – however they should provide a reason as to why.
(NOTE: If you decide to place a custom order, you need to detail what you want in specific – the more detail the better, how much money you’re willing to spend on this order, and the time that you want it delivered in).
9- If you have received a message about your order it will look something like the image below. The coach’s name will appear under ‘Conversation’.
If the message is about a custom order that you have placed, the coach will either have accepted, suggested, or declined. In the case that they have suggested another price or time of delivery, you can choose to either accept or decline their offer.
Between each decision you make, feel free to send them any further questions you may want to ask in the chat box – do this regardless of whether you’ve ordered custom order or not! Also be sure to detail to them what YOU want from the coaching sessions!
10- If your order is all good to go, you will head forward to payment.
If you’ve requested a custom order: if you accept the offer, you will automatically proceed to the payment screen, and purchase any other additional services you may want of theirs. Just click checkout when you’re happy to proceed, and select your method of payment.
You will come to a page that says that order has been received and your payment is being authorised. Click on ‘Visit Your Order’ to see your order report.
10- After you have bought your service, you can still communicate with the coach by scrolling down to the chatbox.
You can also look at the status of your ordered coach service. Any changes made to the status should be discussed between you and the coach to avoid misunderstandings.
Similarly, if for some reason you feel you cannot make a session that could largely impair the time delivery of all your sessions (e.g. holiday for a week), send your coach a message and ask if they can delay your bought coaching service – and preferably include for how long.
11- After all your sessions have finished, along with any additional services you may have purchased, your coaching service status will update to ‘Delivered’.
A message from the coach will have been sent to your email that you signed up to Coaching Go Where with. You can also check this message by going to ‘Your Orders’ and checking under ‘Delivery Info’. With this message, they may have sent some attachments.
12- If you are satisfied with your service you can choose and select the ‘Accept’ button. If not you can ‘Dispute’.
If you selected ‘Accept’ you can rate and leave a review for the coach’s service. This feedback will then be published on their comment section. The coaching service status will then turn to ‘Finished’.
(NOTE: only buyers of the coach’s services can leave a review!)

Please be sure that you communicate effectively with your coach in order to avoid misunderstandings before purchasing their coach service, as well as during and after their service has been delivered. It is your responsibility to ask and gather information about the coach of your choice’s service.
So you’re not happy with your service? If you have a good reason to file for a dispute then just follow these steps!
1- When you have purchased a coaching service and the coach service status has been updated to ‘Delivered’, you have the option to either ‘Accept’ or ‘Dispute’ the service provided. This will be located under the chatbox (on the page with the status of your order, countdown, and the delivery information). There will be a red button under the chatbox that has a small hammer icon.
2- If you click on it, your chatbox will be updated, stating that you have forwarded a dispute to the coach. It will also be sent to the administrators of the site. From here you and the coach can dispute the reason for your dissatisfaction in the chatbox. Only you, the coach, and an admin can see this.
Your order status will also be changed from ‘Delivered’ to ‘Disputing’.
3- In order to make your dispute more effective, it is a good idea to provide any evidence you can! [Download: Best Practice Guide For Coaches and Clients].
4- Your dispute will be critically evaluated by the admin that is viewing your dispute. If your dispute is credible and reasonable enough, you will be refunded. However, if you do not have a credible and/or reasonable enough dispute, the coach will keep the money. The admin may then leave a message in the chatbox stating why you or the coach had ‘won’ the dispute.
This is why it is super important to make sure everything about the coach service is effectively communicated between you and the coach, BEFORE you even buy their service (you must also communicate throughout the entire service, both during and after).
Your order status will then go from ‘Disputing’ to ‘Resolved’.
Your profile can be very effective, not just for boosting sales from your service, but also whether or not coaches accept custom orders! If you have no information about yourself, or it doesn’t seem credible, people may see you as ‘sketchy’ and may not want to buy or even sell to you. Be sure to shape up your profile as much as you can! The profile used below was also created for example purposes.
1- You will need to get up the ‘Your Profile’ page in order to do any editing! Your profile is viewable to the whole world, so let’s make sure that it looks good.
First things first, upload a profile picture. You preferably want one where you can see your face clearly. If you have a professional shot that is even better! To do this, just click on the Coaching Go Where default profile picture, and upload your own. After it’s uploaded, just hit ‘Send’. Be sure that it expresses who you are. People feel more welcomed if you not only have a welcoming profile text, but also a good photo of your face. Remember: we are very visual creatures, we will automatically be attracted to a photo of a person. A nice smile can never go wrong!
2- Next, you want to fill out the country that you are currently residing in, alongside any languages that you are either fluent in, or at an advanced conversational level. For coaches, these two are fields are especially important. Clients want to know whereabouts you are based (e.g. for face-to-face sessions), as well as whether or not you speak a language they also speak.
3- Now it is time to update your bio. This is the part where you can get the most creative and is the most crucial part. You can put whatever you choose to, but keep in mind that others will be reading this, so you want to give them as much information without it being too lengthy.
This section is a good place to display why clients should buy any of your coaching services, and for clients it can even influence some coaches to give you a discount! To edit just hover over the section and it should highlight the section grey. Just click in the highlighted area and begin writing! If you do not know where to start, keep reading for a template on how to write it up.
4- Now moving on with the more straightforward stuff! Fill in any payment information that you feel is relevant for clients to know.

Setting up an effective service that many clients want doesn’t have to necessarily be hard work! Of course, how you present the service is important (as that’s the way you’re going to get money! No service, no dosh!). Whilst the main focus of the service is about what YOU can offer, you also need to say what the client will get out of purchasing your service, and how it will benefit them. Make sure to make it a win-win situation! You get the good feedback and success, they get a life that is 110% more fulfilling and wonderful.
1- To get started, just click on the ‘Post a Coaching Service’ button (they are scattered everywhere around the site, you definitely can’t miss it).
2- First you need to create a name for your coaching service. It is up to you how you word it. It can be something playful, it can be something straightforward, call it whatever you want! However, make sure that the title’s meaning is explicit enough for clients to understand what the coaching service is about! For example:
You get the idea. Do not make an implicit title and expect clients to automatically understand what you are trying to portray. For example:
It just doesn’t get the point across! If your coaching service isn’t 100% explicit, make it explicit! Literally write next to the name what category your coaching service is in! (Like the first examples).
3- For the price section, put down the total cost for all the sessions, not for a single session! Clients will be billed for the entire package.
4- Fill out the ‘Length of Programme’ section in days. This is super important. Please also know that preferably you want your programme length to be less than 3-months (approx 90 days). This is because currently, coaches are not paid until the entire programme has been carried out and the client is satisfied with the service you have provided.
5- From the drop down section, select what category your type of coaching service belongs to. This will allow clients to filter and find your coaching service easier.
6- Your description is the most important element when it comes to making your service, so you have to make sure that this is spot on! However, you may also edit the job description as many times as you’d like, so if you make a small mistake or forgot to add in something, don’t fret! Write up your description however you want, add links too if you want. However, in this section you want to at least include:
7- Next, you will need to upload an image that is relevant to your service. Just scroll down until you see the mini grey cross. You can add up to 5 images that will be presented as an image slideshow when the client clicks onto your coaching service. Make it pop! Make sure it stands out! This will also help you in getting noticed amongst all the other many coaching services that are available. We are visual beings, put on a picture that would attract you if you were the client!
8- Now the fun part! You can add any extra services you have to offer! Maybe it’s that book that you’ve really wanted to boost up the sales for, or perhaps its a few extra sessions of coaching, who knows? There is no right or wrong way of doing this, but it’s probably best that you make it relevant to the coaching service that you are currently selling. Sell away!
9- Go ahead and type in up to 5 tags. Tags are useful when the client is using the search bar. If the client types in one of your tag words, your coaching service with that tag word will appear. It’s pretty handy if you ask us!
10- Finally, you have to enter in your ‘Opening Message’. This message is the first message that appears when they go to their order detail page after purchasing your service. Here, you can write a welcoming message or you can decide to use this to collect any information you may need from the client prior to starting the coaching sessions. For example:
The opening message does not have to be long! The opening message will also be available to view before purchase too on your coaching service page, but clients will not be able to reply until they’ve bought your service.
11- Remember to hit save!
12- In the case where you want to freeze one of your services so that other clients cannot purchase that coaching service for a period of time, you can ‘Pause’ your coaching services individually. To pause a service, go to the drop down menu next to your Coaching Go Where name, and select ‘My Coaching Services’. From there, click on the pause symbol on the coaching service you want to pause.
If you pause a coaching service, no other client can purchase that specific coaching service, but clients can still add your service to their shortlist. They will be able to see the paused status on that coaching service. However, any clients that have already purchased your coaching service before you paused it will still be active. When pausing your coaching service, you may want to update that service’s information and say why it’s currently paused (e.g. overbooked).
You can unpause your coaching service whenever you want.
13- You can also archive your coaching service(s). Next to the pause button, there is a box button. Archiving will remove your service’s publicity, whilst not deleting your service’s details. You can always set it back up again whenever you choose to by pressing the ‘Renew’ button. Simple! Your service status will be updated to ‘Archived’ on your coaching services page, however the public will not be able to see this.

As a client, you only want the best results and outcomes. Therefore, choosing the correct coach for you becomes extremely critical. Choosing a well-suited coach to you benefits you in many ways such as: the ease and level of communication, tailored coaching that you are satisfied with, personality match and level of chemistry/intimacy, and the overall outcome. Knowing how to select a coach and how to communicate with them can significantly reduce the number of any misunderstandings or disputes that may occur. Be sure to select your coach carefully (for once, the pickier the better!).
1- First you want to ‘Shortlist’ coaches. This essentially means that you pick a list of coaches that interest you and are relevant to what you want, and ‘discard’ the ones that don’t interest you (the steps you should take in shortlisting is detailed in further steps below). You can add a coach to your shortlist by pressing the mini empty star that appears at the bottom of every coaching service thumbnail.
To access your shortlist go to the drop down menu next to your name in the top right corner of the screen, and select ‘My Shortlist’.
2- When you shortlist, be sure to read through not only the coaching service description, but also the coach’s actual profile. You can view a coach’s profile by clicking on the service you want and then scrolling down until you see the coach’s condensed profile. Just click on ‘View My Profile’. Their profile will usually list important pieces of information that you may find relevant such as their certifications and qualifications, years of experience, shards of their personality, their motivation/drive of being a coach, and what they want to achieve for their clients.
3- After reading their profile and you’ve decided “Ah yes! This sounds like a service I’m looking for!” send them a message. You can do this by going back onto the page of your wanted service, and scrolling back down to the coach’s condensed profile. Click on “Contact Me” and you will be lead to a textbox. From here, you should send them any queries you may have, for example:
These are just templates of questions you could use or adapt! Be friendly and the coaches will be friendly back! But at the same time, be sure that what each of the coach offers are 100% clear and understood in your mind to avoid any dissatisfaction or misunderstandings.
4- Ask yourself a few questions after each interaction such as:
5- As you read through multiple biographies and talk to the selected coaches, you can decide whether or not you want to remove them from your shortlist. To do this, just click on the filled star, select the bin icon, and the star should become empty.
Keep on shortlisting until the amount that you have in your shortlist becomes smaller and smaller. Ultimately, you will only have one coach that you really want (the selection process can be pretty hard to pick between coaches at times though!).
6- Double check everything before ordering their service! Message them and clarify that this is really the service you want!
