The following terms and conditions (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through (the “Site”), by Coaching Go Where Pte Ltd.


By using any of the website (“the Site”), operated by and/or for and on behalf Coaching Go Where Pte Ltd, Company Reg 201530059W (“”) in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. You agree to review the Terms periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access to or use of the Site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms.

The term “” (or “we”, “our” and “us”) includes all members, subsidiaries and affiliates of Coaching Go Where Pte Ltd, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their successors and assigns.

Wherever used in these Terms of Service, “you”, “your”, “Customer”, or similar terms means the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services.  If you are accessing and using the Services on behalf of a company (such as your client) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms of Service.


This Site is offered and available to users who are 21 years of age or older. If you are under 21 you may not use this Site or the services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.


Use of Website does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product or process disclosed on the Site or other Content accessible from the Site. In no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, direct, indirect or any losses or damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings, or business interruption, or any other loss, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action), arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site, delays, inaccuracies or errors in the information or in the transmission of the Site, or any information or transactions provided on or over the Site or downloaded or hyperlinked from the Site, or performance of the Content on this Site, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, or with any of the Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Online messaging is where clients and coaches communicate with each other about the coaching service offered

Disputes are disagreements experienced between a coach and buyer on

Revenue is the money coaches earn from completed coaching services.

Overview (Main terms, in a nutshell)

  • Only registered users may post coaching services on Registration is free.

  • Coaches must fulfil their coaching services as advertised, and may not cancel them on a regular basis or without cause. Cancelling them will affect coaches’ reputation and status.

  • Coaches create profiles on to allow clients to get more information on their services.
  • You can post a variety of your coaching services with extras across any of the 8 main coaching categories
  • Coaching Go Where have provided good practice guidelines and sample forms for you to adapt to use with your clients to ensure they are satisfied with your service, this will minimise disputes which could lead to a refund of fees to the client
  • We strongly recommend you discuss the client’s requirement with them in advance to ensure you are both aligned with same expectations and timeline of delivery
  • The coach’s rating is calculated based on the coaching service reviews posted by Clients.
  • For security concerns, may temporarily disable a coach’s ability to withdraw revenue to prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. This may occur due to security issues, improper behaviour reported by Clients, or associating multiple accounts to a single withdrawal provider.
  • You may not request direct payments to coaches using payment systems outside of the platform. Doing so violates our terms and will result in the suspension of your account and possible charges to recover any lost income.


  • Using the online messaging service, clients can discuss their requirements with the coach purchasing their coaching service.
  • Can request custom offer if they want a more tailored programme.
  • Clients pay for coaching services using one of the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal or with available Credit.
  • Once a coaching service is purchased, payment must be made and is held in trust by until the coaching service is deemed finished by both the coach and client.
  • Once the coaching service is marked as completed by the coach, the client will receive notification to accept and agree. You have 7 days to dispute, after which the fees are released to the coach.
  • We encourage our Clients and coaches to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Resolution Centre or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact’s Customer Support department for assistance.
  • Review the coach service on successful completion.
  • You may not offer coaches to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to our Customer Support.

Posting a Coaching Service

  • Posting a coaching service on is currently free
  • You can post a variety of coaching services as programmes or individual sessions, with the option for extras
  • Coaches are required to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their bids. Failing to do so will allow the client to cancel the coaching service when a coaching service is marked as late and may harm the coach’s status.
  • If you have funds in your account balance, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
  • To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities, we do not collect credit information; but allow our payment vendors to collect information for collecting payments from Clients on the Site or transferring payments to coaches on the Site. We are not exposed to the payment information provided to our payment vendors, and this information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment vendor. Fees & Payment

  • You are paid your coaching service on full completion of your advertised programme, (we recommend your programmes do not exceed 3 months) and with the client’s full satisfaction and acceptance of completion
  • Each coaching service you successfully complete, accredits your account with a net revenue of 75% of the coaching service you charge
  • accredits coaches once the service is marked Accepted by the client. If a service is cancelled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to the client.
  • Coaches may withdraw their revenues using one of’s withdrawal options. The minimum withdraw amount is $50.

Withdrawing Revenues

  • To withdraw your revenue, you must have a bank account or PayPal account.
  • Your profile can be associated with only one account from each withdrawal method.
  • Revenues are only made available for withdrawal from the Revenue page following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the service is marked as complete. To withdraw your available revenue, you must click on the designated withdrawal provider to initiate the withdrawal process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made in the amount available to you.
  • Withdrawal fees vary depending on the withdrawal method.
  • Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.

Managing Coaching Services

  • When a client purchases a coaching service, the coach is notified by email as well as notifications on the site while logged into the account.
  • Coaches and clients must keep a record of the delivery of the coaching service to ensure alignment of expectation and minimise any disputes
  • Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
  • A coach may cancel a coaching service without the client’s consent at any given moment and this will result in a full refund to the client (Force Cancellation). However, this will have a negative effect on the coach’s status.


  • Feedback reviews provided by Clients on completion of a coaching service are an essential part of’s rating system. Reviews demonstrate the client’s overall experience with the coaches and their service. Clients are encouraged to communicate to the coach any concerns experienced during their active coaching service in regards to the service provided by the coach.
  • Leaving a client’s feedback is a basic prerogative of the client. Feedback reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations to our Terms of Service.
  • To prevent any misuse of our Feedback system, all feedback reviews must come from legitimate sales executed exclusively through the platform from users within our Community. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance coach ratings, or to abuse the platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.
  • Feedback comments given by Clients are publicly displayed on a coach’s profile page. Clients have the option not to include a comment, but still rate the service. Cancellation of a coaching service does not remove feedback unless mutually agreed.
  • Withholding the delivery of services, files, or information required to complete the coaching service with the intent to gain favourable reviews or additional services is prohibited.
  • Responding and posting a review: Once work is delivered, the client has three days to respond and post a review.
  • Users are allowed to leave reviews on coaching services up to 30 days after an coaching service is marked as finished. No new reviews may be added to a coaching service after 30 days.
  • Coaches may not solicit the removal of feedback reviews from their Clients through mutual cancellations.

Disputes and Cancellations

We encourage our Clients and coaches to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Resolution Centre or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact’s Customer Support department for assistance.


  • Order cancellations can be performed on, when eligible, by Customer Support or through the Resolution Center per coaching service.
  • Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation to these Terms of Service. Doing so may get your account temporarily disabled to investigate possible security violations. Note: once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.
  • In the event that a client or coach encounters an issue related to the service provided in a coaching service, you are encouraged to use the Site’s dispute resolution tools to attempt to resolve the matter.
  • reserves the right to cancel coaching services or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
  • If a coaching service is cancelled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to the client’s credit balance.
  • Revisions to deliveries can be performed by coaches based on the coach’s customer care. Coaches may determine the amount of rework offered to Clients, including no rework.

Coaching Service Cancellation

  • encourages Clients and Coaches to resolve service disputes mutually using the Resolution Centre.
  • Eligibility for requests to to cancel a coaching service will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, including violations to our Terms of Service, general misconduct, and improper usage of the delivery system
  • Completed coaching services may be cancelled, upon review of our Customer Support team, up to 7 days after the coaching service is marked as finished.
  • Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the coach if the service was rendered as described in the workspace. Clients may rate their experience with the coach on the coaching service page, including the overall level of service quality received.
  • Clients must use Resolution Centre to address their concerns and desired resolution related to the service provided by their coach prior to contacting Customer Support. Customer Support will not take any action against Coaching services where the Clients failed to inform their coach of issues related to the coach’s service and will allow coaches to provide a resolution first. This does not include non-permitted usage of
  • Any non-permitted usage of encountered during a coaching service, after being reviewed by our Customer Support team, may result in the coaching service being cancelled. This includes, but not limited to; harassment, unlawful behaviour, or other violations to’s Terms of Service. Customer Support will cancel coaching services based on, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Active coaching services (after the client submits their requirements and before the coach delivers on
    • The coach is late and unresponsive for more than 24 hours while the coaching service is marked as Late.
    • Users are abusive towards the other party through threats of low ratings or leveraging coaching service materials (such as logins, personal information) against each other.
    • The user is no longer an active user due to Terms of Service violations or closure of their account.
  • Finished Coaching services  (after the coaching service is marked as complete and before the 7 day limitation)
    • Customer Support will review cases of Order delivery manipulation that prevents Clients and coaches from fully utilizing our Resolution Centre that enabled the coaching service to be marked as complete.


  • will automatically refund payments made for cancelled coaching services back to your payment provider. to your balance from cancelled coaching services will not include processing fees paid.
  • Deposit refunds, when available from the payment provider, can be performed by our Customer Support team. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund from their account which is subject to review by our Customer Support team. Such refunds may be subject to an additional fee. If any processing fees were added at the time of purchase to create a new coaching service, the processing fees from that payment will not be refunded along with your deposit.

  • Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the coaching service page.
  • does not provide any guarantee of the level of service offered to Clients. You may use the dispute resolution tools provided to you in the coaching service page.
  • CoachingGoWhere .com does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the platform.
  • Rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages sent to users will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.
  • The marketplace is open to everyone. Discrimination against a community member based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual preference or otherwise is not acceptable and may result in the suspension/removal of your account.


  • Users are to refrain from spamming or soliciting previous Clients or Coaches to pursue removing/modifying reviews or cancelling coaching services that do not align on Order Cancellation or Feedback policies.
  • reviews cases of payment provider chargebacks and disputes on behalf of coaches. Although results vary per case due to each chargeback reason, we work hard on resolving disputes in the coach’s favour. If the chargeback case allows, will return parts or full revenue back to coaches.


  • Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Service or any user misconduct reported to our Trust and Safety team. A warning will be sent to the user’s email address and will be displayed for such user on the Site. Warnings do not limit account activity, but can lead to your account losing coach statuses or becoming permanently disabled based on the severity of the violation.

Non-Permitted Usage

  • Adult Services & Pornography– does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
  • Inappropriate Behaviour & Language– Communication on should be friendly, constructive, and professional. condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We allow users a medium for which messages are exchanged between individuals, a system to rate coaching services, and to engage on larger platforms such as our Community Forum and Social Media pages.
  • Phishing and Spam– takes the matter its members’ security seriously. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.
  • Privacy & Identity– You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information. Any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the coaching service page. Coaches further confirm that whatever information they receive from the client, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the client. Any users who engage and communicate off  com will not be protected by our Terms of Service.
  • Intellectual Property Claims– will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s terms of service. Our Intellectual Property claims procedures can be reviewed here.
  • Fraud / Unlawful Use– You may not use for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.

§  Abuse and Spam

  • Multiple Accounts– To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
  • Targeted Abuse– We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on This includes creating new multiple accounts to harass members through our message or coaching serviceing system.
  • Selling Accounts– You may not buy or sell accounts.

 General Terms

  • reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
  • Violation of’s Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.

  • Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their account from any unauthorized usage.
  • Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account.
  • Coaches will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 30 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to’s approval.
  • Disputes should be handled using’s dispute resolution tools (‘Resolution Centre’ on the coaching service page) or by contacting Customer Support.
